Welcome to the 40th Reunion

The VP-68 Alumni Association is pleased to announce its 40th Reunion 5, 6 and 7 November 2010. The theme of this reunion with be the introduction of the Boeing produced P-8A Poseidon aircraft. Join us as we hear from the P-8A Deputy Program Manager, Capt. Leon Bacon talking about the platform's success to reaching acquisition milestone 'C'.

The reunion will be held at the J.T Daugherty Event Center in Lexington Park, MD., across from Gate 1 of the Naval Air Station at Patuxent River, MD. Our menu will include a choice of :

Oven Roasted Prime Rib of Beef w/ Red Wine Shallot Demi Glace Sauce

Almond Crusted Salmon w/ Honey Butter

Lemon Pepper Marinated Chicken Breast w/ Tomato-Basil Salsa

Preferred hotel for this event will be the Hampton Inn in Lexington Park, MD. (22211 Three Notch Road, Lexington Park, Maryland, USA 20653 - Tel: 301-863-3200 Fax: 301-863-7865), complete with a hospitality room. 40 rooms have been blocked for this event until September 30th. Rooms are $102 per night. We highly encourage all attendees to use this hotel to defray the costs of the event. Reservations can be made at VP-68 Alumni Association Hotel Reservation. If making reservations by phone, tell the operator that the group code is VP6. Hilton Honor card holders will be honored at this hotel.

Please open and print out the registration form. We are setting the head count deadline to 15 October 2010. There will be no walk-ins allowed due to the requirements of the conference center. Pass the word to everyone who is not on the snail or electronic mailing lists.
