It seems that a fly-by was always done upon return.

This time it was different.

Ship #5 was doing 325kts. at 50' altitude for some reason.

ComNavForPhil was on the ramp side of Ops. watching all this go on.

I understand that the pilot was grounded for this action.

Both pictures of #5 were taken on the same day.
